The perfect Rhino will have…
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Helpdesk support.
- Proven experience in resolving application-related issues, with a focus on Microsoft Office software.
- Proficiency in providing remote support to end-users.
- Ability to identify and diagnose hardware faults by pinpointing the problematic components.
- Skilled in monitoring system events to identify and resolve issues through troubleshooting processes and service/application recovery procedures.
- Strong expertise in ITIL, Office 365, networking, and general technical support.
- Familiarity with Jira, Windows, and Android systems.
- 100 % Onsite, 24x7 Shift Rotation
- English proficiency (at least B1 level)
